Co-founder and Managing Partner at Terradigm Consulting

An advocate for quality management within commercial cannabis, Sean supports operators in developing and improving their quality systems.

Terradigm Consulting is a team of accomplished cannabis professionals and specialists who are united in our passion to help others succeed and driven to promote and build a sustainable future for the industry. We leverage our industry expertise and relevant experience to inform and promote sound business decisions that minimize your risks, increase productivity, maintain compliance and boost profitability. We excel in process design, food safety plans, quality systems, risk abatement, and financial analysis.

After nearly two decades in the Food and Beverage and Finance industries, Sean found his way to commercial cannabis in 2014. With an MBA in Finance, Sean has spent the last 7 years in roles spanning from General Manager to Director of Quality Assurance and Senior Vice President of Production and Product Development in the cannabis industry.  Parlaying his experience of building and operating a multi-state cannabis operation, Sean co-founded Terradigm Consulting with a mission of elevating quality standards throughout commercial cannabis.

From the ground up, Sean is intimately familiar with cannabis operations, having operated and managed all facets of a vertically integrated, multi-state, cannabis food and topical manufacturing company. During his time within the industry, he has overseen the product life cycle of 26 unique cannabis-infused food and cosmetic products from concept to commercialization.  His responsibilities have included facility design and construction, product research and development, process design and validation, standard operating procedures, and most importantly creating and executing quality control and safety programs.

Sean was raised in Tennessee but has since lived in Oregon, Colorado, and now Washington. When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys fly fishing, testing his creativity in the kitchen, and woodworking.

Sean met Brion Nazzaro through their participation on the QMS subcommittee of the Colorado Science and Policy workgroup and was introduced to the Association of Certified Commercial Cannabis Experts shortly thereafter.  Sean quickly recognized the value of ACCCE and it’s mission and became a Certified Commercial Cannabis Expert (CCCE). Risk management does not have to be over complicated but it does need to be learned, practiced, and maintained, which is exactly what Sean and his team are helping their clients achieve.

I became a certified member of ACCCE because I know firsthand how intertwined risk management and quality management are and the value they hold for the future of the industry.  As a Quality professional in cannabis, becoming a CCCE was important to demonstrate my commitment to advocate for quality systems, and more importantly, risk management within the cannabis industry.
