Brion Nazzaro - President
Brion Nazzaro is a proven Internal Director and Chief Compliance Officer with extensive experience in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), sanctions, international regulatory frameworks, loss prevention, and risk management. Brion has been the Chairman on Compliance Committee, AML Committee, and Risk Committee at multiple financial institutions. He has also worked with MSBs and FinTechs with various charters both U.S. and international.
Brion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration concentrated in Finance from the University of Denver. Additionally, Brion has achieved recognition as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and NACD Governance Fellow.
Miya Grampp - General Counsel
Miya Grampp has over 15 years of experience advising high-growth clients on organizational strategy, organizational legal issues, and financial management. As a consultant, she has partnered with C-level clients to formulate and execute strategies for all phases of organizational growth, including planning, business development, diversification, technology, and exit. She has driven business development and managed multiple complex, cross-functional, and time-bound strategic engagements. As an advisor, she assisted in the negotiation of term sheets for distribution of initial shares, co-sale, and right of first refusal agreements as well as agreements for major supply and requirements and sale of intellectual property for a technology client.
Grampp has a J.D from The Washington College of Law, American University and a major in Business Honors from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas – Austin. In addition, she is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
ACCCE Advisory Board
ACCCE is guided by an Advisory Board of distinguished experts committed to keeping ACCCE on the forefront of commercial cannabis risk management and ensuring ACCCE’s place as the premier provider of education services to its members. The board guides ACCCE’s application and examination standards. They also establish Continuing Education (CE) requirements and are responsible for establishing, modifying and enforcing the ACCCE Code of Ethics, as well as all other matters necessary to maintain the high standards of the ACCCE.
